Welcome to Oconee Landing located just off I-20 exit 130.  We are a small community consisting of 25 lake front lots and 27 interior lots.  Oconee Landing is proudly situated on the pristine waters of the Richland Creek side of Lake Oconee.  Within our community you will find a picturesque landscape of rolling hills, multiple ponds, a walking trail, community park, community dock, community boat ramp and day dock. The Landings pond within the community boasts a fishing pier, pavilion, canoe rack, playset, fire pit and park area.  Located just a few minutes by boat from the Ritz Carlton and 25 minutes by car makes Oconee Landing a sought after community. Lake Oconee boasts a prime location bordering the Oconee National Forest and is within an hour's drive of Atlanta to the West, Athens to the North, Augusta to the East, and Milledgeville to the South. There are multiple golf courses in the area including Harbor Club, Cuscowilla, and Reynolds. Lake Oconee is Georgia's second largest lake.
